We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic DTC team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing complex campaigns, journeys, automations, data extensions, and reporting. You will work closely with our ecommerce Lead, CRM Lead, Product Lead and Engineering Manager to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, loyalty and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute complex marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Create and manage customer journeys and automations to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle management.

Build and optimize data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies.

Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into campaign performance and customer behavior.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, data flows, and platform performance.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.

Hands-on experience with SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email and landing page development.

Familiarity with data integration techniques, APIs, and ETL processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
