What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead architectural governance rituals for products, including PDCA, risk management, and solution reviews
- Manage the software architect team, ensuring consistency in their performance
- Promote continuous improvement of architectural practices based on technical maturity criteria
- Support the architect team in defining and monitoring Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
- Communicate and align technical solutions with client teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Solid experience working with Java (Spring Boot, EJB, Spring Framework)
- Experience with various programming paradigms (Object-Oriented and Procedural)
- Experience in a mature DevOps environment with continuous integration and delivery (Git, SCM)
- Experience with Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS, and Google)
- Ability to lead, empower, and engage the software architect team, promoting career evolution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge in Java EJB applications
- Ability to mobilize internal teams and clients through clear communication to resolve issues and impediments
- Experience in creating and managing the technical project roadmap, including technical dependencies
- Capability to orchestrate and integrate solutions while making trade-offs regarding product evolution based on technical indicators
