What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and manage LPM tools to support new portfolio management processes
- Establish and facilitate key LPM events such as Strategic Portfolio Review and Participatory Budgeting
- Implement the Portfolio Kanban to visualize and optimize the flow of Epics from idea to delivery
- Develop and deliver training materials on LPM principles for various audiences
- Lead the LPM Community of Practice to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in implementing Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices at scale
- Deep knowledge of agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
- Practical experience as an Agile Coach, RTE (Release Train Engineer), or Agile Portfolio Manager
- Hands-on experience with ALM/LPM tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
- A servant leadership profile focused on empowering teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in coaching senior leadership and agile teams in LPM practices
- Familiarity with agile portfolio management frameworks such as SAFe
- Strong communication and mentoring skills for diverse audiences
