      As a Mid-level QA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You will be involved in both manual and automated testing processes, focusing on delivering reliable and high-performing applications for our clients. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards in software quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project expectations.


      Key Responsibilities:


      Conduct comprehensive manual testing for content management systems (CMS) to ensure functionality and performance.

      Implement automated testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to enhance testing efficiency.

      Collaborate with development teams to define project requirements and propose technical solutions.

      Identify, document, and track defects, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

      Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to support various testing scenarios.

      Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of quality and learning within the team.

      Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and testing methodologies.


      Required Skills and Qualifications:


      Must-have Skills:


      Manual testing experience for CMS

      Automation skills with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright


      Nice-to-have Skills:


      Experience with Salesforce (preferably on Core/Commerce Cloud) or Drupal CMS projects.
