Entech Staffing: Assembly Associate Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Assembly Associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks critical to our production process. You will be responsible for assembling products, ensuring quality, and preparing shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly: Utilize hot glue guns and staple guns to construct boxes and assemble products according to specifications.

• General Hand Assembly: Perform a variety of manual assembly tasks requiring dexterity and attention to detail.

• Sorting and Packing: Accurately sort products and pack them for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.

• Production and Manufacturing: Contribute to the overall efficiency of the production line by completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, identifying and reporting any defects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift repetitively throughout the shift.

• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Teamwork: A positive and collaborative attitude.

• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs.

• Flexibility: Availability for overtime, including 1st shift, 2nd shift, 12-hour shifts, and Saturday work.

Available Shifts & Compensation:

• 1st and 2nd shift positions available.

• Pay rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
