      This is an exciting opportunity to join JPMorgan, this role is a Jobshare (part-time hours where 2 people share the responsibility of the role) if this is the flexibility you need this could be the role for you. This role is part of a Jobshare opportunity and therefore a part-time role at 19hours.

      We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior associate to support business management activities across a multi-functional team, responsible for several regulatory related disciplines, including Operational Resilience, Operational Recovery and Resolution, CASS and UK Outsourcing.

      The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks related to compliance documentation, and organizational support. Working closely with staff from a range of business functions, you will facilitate efficient processes and maintain high standards of governance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commitment to strategic business management.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Support the development and implementation of business objectives and organisational Book of Work planning.
      • Gather and disseminate accomplishments to ensure alignment with business goals and recognition of achievements.
      • Assist in planning and executing social activities across the organization, such as volunteering days, Employee Appreciation Week, and seasonal celebrations.
      • Oversee offboarding processes, including conducting meetings with leavers and ensuring all required updates are completed.
      • Develop and maintain organisational resources to enhance team performance and support compliance with firmwide policies.
      • Coordinate with teams to support the rollout and adoption of new tools and technologies, including monthly checks of the IA Hub and uplifting out-of-scope solutions.
      • Perform routine checks to ensure appropriate access to the shared drives and sites, maintaining data security and integrity.
      • Ensure compliance with Firm policy in document management, including saving and organising delegation documents.
      • Take on special initiatives as required to support organizational goals and strategic objectives.

      Required Skills and Capabilities

      • Good understanding of business management and governance principles.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced PowerPoint skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
      • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

      Preferred Skills and capabilities

      • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within the Corporate and Investment Bank.
