Committing to the Accenture Female Network means that you will join our professional community, which originated in 2017, and comprises female students with different interests, backgrounds, and strengths – BUT with the same drive and eagerness to grow as individuals and as a network.

We seek to:

· show what it’s like to work with future tech, deep human and business insights, marketing, and communication from a consulting point of view.

· put gender on the agenda by sharing firsthand experience from our own female consultants.

· answer the most common questions we get: “When you work at Accenture, is it really just about IT?”.

· demystify the consultant life

When you are part of the Accenture Female Network, you get the opportunity to meet other talented female students aspiring to work in consulting and create a network where knowledge-sharing and professional relationships can prosper. In addition to this, you’ll be coached by our top female consultants – and get your own personal mentor, who can provide you with some perspectives on your professional development and tips and tricks on how you can achieve your goals. Your mentor can also share knowledge on how to navigate the shift from student to professional with other questions you may have.

We’re looking for open and bold students who are interested in consulting, digitalization, or communication, and who are ready to empower our clients and help them stay relevant for their customers.

How it works

We will select 20 top students currently studying a master’s or PhD at a Danish university. The network is for women – both with and without a tech background – who are interested in working with technology, communication, design, account management, and digitalization.

Running from the beginning of October till end November 2023, the Female Network offers you a professional journey with the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and a network that can be used on your future path. We will run three physical events with different themes, with dedicated people, facilitating workshops and debates, amongst other how you can identify and utilize your strengths, giving inspiring talks and sharing their personal stories to give you real-life insights into our culture and what it means to work at Accenture.

Besides that you will acquire some cool tips and tricks on how to crack a business case and gain an understanding of what it’s like to join Accenture and our recruitment process.

The first event will take place on 5th October 2023, so put a cross in your calendar to make sure you can join on this date.
