What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor security cameras and alarms for potential threats
- Respond to security breaches and escalate issues as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and law enforcement during security incidents
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety and security of client properties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in security monitoring or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in security monitoring or related field
- Prior experience with video surveillance systems
- Knowledge of access control systems
