As a Journey Expert within the Branch Delivery/Simplification squad your role is to optimise end-to-end customer journeys and improve the customer experience by devising innovative solutions, services, products or propositions in line with the bank’s governance and risk requirements.Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: Fixed-Term, Full-Time opportunity (9 months, 40 hours/week)
