- Tape, mud, sand, and spray texture on drywall
- Apply and blend custom hand textures
- Perform patch and repair work during the build process
- Read blueprints and follow finishing specs
- Collaborate with team members and lead when needed
- 5+ years of drywall/taping experience in residential or commercial new builds
- Strong knowledge of drywall finishing techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Team player with leadership potential and strong communication skills
- Be part of a startup environment with growth potential
- 4-day workweek (3-day weekends!)

️ Job Title: Drywall Finisher – Modular Construction
Location: Albertville, MN
Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)
️ Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Optional OT Fridays)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
