    • Livingston Parish Public Schools is now accepting applications for the following:

      POSITION: Journeyman Electrician

      LOCATION: Central Office

      CRITERIA:

      · Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

      · Must have extensive knowledge in single phase, three phase, and 277-volt systems.

      · Formal training is required plus five (5) years’ experience in residential, commercial and industrial electrical work.

      · Must also have “hot work” experience.

      · Requirements include using a man lift, ladders, and other electrical equipment required to perform electrical tasks.

      · Licensed electrician and experience with educational facilities preferred but not required.

      · Must have a valid LA driver’s license and clean driving record, willingness to work call outs, weekends, and holidays.
