      Pay Range-$23-24.35 per hour

      *Rates of pay are determined by previous experience and labor contract seniority*

      What You'll Do:

      Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you ensure that the best cuts of meat are available to our customers. You'll receive, process, cut, and trim meat products as well as package, tie, wrap, weigh, price and label them to get them ready for our customers to purchase.

      Job Requirements

      To be a meat cutter, you must be a certified meat cutter or apprentice and have adequate knowledge of the preparation of different cuts of meat.

      You'll need to be friendly and courteous in order to provide excellent customer service, as well as the ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn to operate knives, bandsaw, grinder, slicer, and various other meat processing equipment; as well as case cutters, wrapping machine, baler/compactor, and computerized scales is also important.
