- Finance operations
- Create or control and approve payment services transactions and other bank transactions on a daily basis;
- Establish, improve and maintain cross-departmental processes especially with the Operations Department;
- Administer bank relationships with regard to new accounts opening, user management and setup.
- Accounting and reporting
- Support the Finance team in a variety of accounting tasks, including but not limited to
- Bank account statement analysis and reconciliations;
- Sub-ledger reconciliations and accounting for e-money;
- Support the Finance team in various kinds of reporting, including but not limited to reporting to the local regulators, shareholders and other stakeholders;
- Support the Finance team in other accounting- and finance-related tasks and contribute to the further automation of the Finance function.
- Support the Finance team in a variety of accounting tasks, including but not limited to
- Projects
- Support the Finance team in ongoing and future projects including but not limited to implementation of new software solutions, description and improvement of processes and integration of subsidiaries.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Finance Department of a commercial/industrial company or with an accounting/auditing firm;
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or similar qualification;
- Advanced skills in MS Excel with the ability to efficiently structure, analyze and present information and data, including to C-Suite when needed;
- Interest in analyzing and optimising Finance processes;
- Experience with SAP FI is considered as an asset.
- Experience in e-Money or Fintech would be an advantage, but is not necessary.
- Languages : English is a must; French/German would be considered as an advantage

We are looking for an Accountant/Finance Operations Analyst to join the Finance team at JPM Mobility Payments Solutions.
This role combines Finance Operations tasks, accounting and exposure to projects of the Finance Department. It is a great opportunity for someone who has already acquired basic accounting skills and wants to start an interesting career in the growing mobility payments services sector.
