      As a Social Media Associate within JPMorgan Wealth Management (USWM) business, you will be part of the US Wealth Management Content and Communications team that oversees all Media Relations, Social Media, Internal and Executive Communications. You will report into the paid and organic strategy lead on the USWM Content team.

      Job responsibilities

      • Monitor owned social channel activity, earned conversations, owned competitor conversations, and earned industry-related consumer conversations
      • Maintain an ongoing social media content calendar across multiple channels
      • Monitor the social media competitive landscape and develop strategies to achieve client/follower growth, positive engagement with our brands, and traffic/conversions on the brand websites
      • Work with related internal legal, risk, and controls (LRC) teams to receive approvals on various social materials such as press-related announcements, product launches, thought leadership, and more
      • Produce short-from social media copy and display understanding of USWM brand tone, voice, and wealth management industry vernacular
      • Analyze and track social media performance metrics in order to provide optimization recommendations across channels, inform creative strategy, and establish channel benchmarks
      • Create, enhance and revise social listening queries and dashboards in social listening tool in order to monitor consumer conversations around wealth management, as well as monitoring partnership posts, competitors, and breaking news
      • Collaborate with comms, marketing, and content teams for cross-promotion of campaigns and initiatives
      • Identify cultural moments and amplification opportunities for USWM
      • Support the social, video, and content teams with timely content production, including copywriting, approvals, performance reporting, and calendar management
      • Showcase understanding of USWM business goals, priorities and objectives

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Bachelor's degree
      • 3+ years of experience in social media
      • Proven track record in developing social-first content and concepts from ideation to execution.
      • Deep understanding of organic trends and capabilities on platforms like Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
      • Experience with social media monitoring and management tools for publishing, reporting, and social listening (i.e. Sprinklr, Zignal)
      • Analytical mindset with a test and learn approach, comfortable using data to identify trends and growth opportunities
      • Experience writing short-form social copy for digital assets
      • Understanding of editorial calendars and management of various pieces of content across multiple channels
      • Confidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively, and proactively identify and solve problems
      • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
