Description:
These agents will be operating only in verifying eligibility for 2024. The goal is for them to take no inbound calls and only make calls as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Need to understand insurance as it applies to reimbursement.
High Level Candidate profile:
Experience speaking with patients an providers.
Insurance reimbursement understanding
Previous experience working through reverification with other programs/organizations.
Understanding of Free Goods programs
Well rounded in medical and pharmacy benefits/insurance
