JOIN THE TRILLIUM ABU DHABI TEAM!
Our Abu Dhabi office is currently looking for Admin cum Finance Officer.
* Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
* Dispatch weekly booking to the Administration controller at HQ in Italy.
* Assist in the preparation and submission of prequalification documents and tender proposals.
* Act as a PRO, handling government-related documentation and processes.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
* Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and administrative activities.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government authorities as needed.
* Provide administrative support to the management team and participate in internal / external audits and inspections.
Education/Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or referenced experience.
* Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a service center or similar environment.
* Familiarity with prequalification and tendering processes.
* Knowledge of UAE government procedures and PRO duties.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software, familiarity with SAP is aplus.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Arabic language knowledge is a plus
