      Responsibilities

      The Opportunity

      The JR. Packaging and POS/POP Graphic art will deliver different marketing materials such as renders of point of sale and product mockups for the Quaker Foods team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design concept layouts into pre-press production ready, digital mechanical art for multiple assets, mainly for Point of Sale and packaging materials for our QFNA US business. This position works closely with the Content Manager and account teams to build high quality digital files following existing brand standards and internal workflow protocol.

      Your Impact

      As a Jr Packaging and POS/POP Graphic Art your functions would consist of:

      • Complete 3D renderings and relevant schematic drawings of packaging and POS.
      • Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions to support brands in-store display and product mockups.
      • Understand how to adapt designs across different retail channels.
      • Ability to build graphic and print designs and concepts when needed.
      • Determine how best to represent a brand concept visually, specifically regarding art / graphic design.
      • Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely.
      • Have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in a team.
      • Present designs to internal clients, brand teams and external agencies for approval.
      • HIGH aptitude to learn new things and sense of urgency to get things done.

      Qualifications

      Who Are We Looking For?

      Education

      • Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (interactive design, graphic design, visual arts, communication etc.)

      Experience

      • 2+ years of agency creative experience in 3D packaging and Point of Sale materials.
      • Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY).
      • Demonstrable fluency with Adobe CC suite of products, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
      • Rhino + Keyshot or comparable software to model and render 3D images.
      • Knowledge of social aspect ratios and delivery filetypes.
      • An online portfolio showing a variety of standout work is a MUST.
      • Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; CPG Experience a plus.
      • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
      • Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.
      • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Project Management Tools.
