      About the Opportunity

      DMI, LLC is seeking a Jr. Salesforce Developer to join us.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform in coordination with project manager
      • Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications
      • Create timelines and development goals
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, business analysts, and testers to deliver scalable Salesforce and AWS-based solutions
      • Assist in data migration efforts from on-prem systems to Salesforce and AWS
      • Develop enhancements to Salesforce and related systems and utilize technical aspects within Salesforce such as Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
      • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems using tools such as MuleSoft, REST, and SOAP APIs
      • Participate in the full software development cycle including coding, testing, implementation
      • Troubleshoot and fix bugs
      • Write and update Salesforce documents and provide technical training
      • Maintain the security and integrity of the application software

      Qualifications

      Education and Years of Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software engineering, or related field
      • 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development knowledge and experience
      • At least 2 years’ Service Cloud development experience

      Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

      • Previous work experience with application and software development.
      • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
      • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
      • Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and Visualforce
      • Strong interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated and excellent presentation skills
      • Ability to effectively work both autonomously as well as on a team
      • Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
      • Must reside in the United States (CONUS)

      Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

      Preferred Requirements:

      • Salesforce Certified Application Developer certification
      • Hands-on experience with at least one cloud migration project to AWS
      • Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, SFDX)
