Record cash deposits for multiple business lines and regions.
Process wire/EFT/etc. banking transactions as requested by Treasury and other departments.
Maintain bank reconciliation working papers for distribution to other teams.
Ensure timely and effective support to all departments relative to banking activity.
Assists in preparation of working papers for accruals, allocations, journal entries and account reconciliations for units within area of responsibility
Helps with compilation of data for various financial analysis
Performs data entry and entering/issuing invoices
Prepares monthly accounts receivable reporting
Reconciles various balance sheet accounts
Provides vacation coverage for other accounting team members
Provides support on ad hoc projects.
1+ year of experience in an accounting position (transactional volume experience is preferred).
Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
A self-motivated individual with customer service orientation and ‘can do’ attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00
This position will also come with a contract completion bonus. Paid upon completion of the full duration.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
