- Process daily cash applications from lockboxes, wire transfers, credit cards, and bank deposit slips.
- Maintain and file supporting documentation for all cash receipts.
- Perform clearing and reconciliation of designated IPD General Ledger accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare intercompany invoices and debit/credit memos
- Allocate common expenses and payments made on behalf of affiliates.
- Confirm monthly balances and transactions with affiliated companies.
- Prepare miscellaneous billings as requested by business units (excluding EED).
- Manage accounting for Aetna insurance policy, including:
- Tracking daily claims payments
- Reconciling monthly reports
- Billing affiliates accordingly
- Serve as a backup for all functions performed by other Junior Accountants.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable preferred.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
