Job Description

- Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliations
- Assist with journal entries and other month end entries support
- Help generate financial statements and reports for leadership
- Support audit preparation, tax documentation, and ensure compliance standards are met
- Gain hands-on experience with job cost accounting and project-based work

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Working knowledge of GAAP, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
- Experience with ERP systems (a plus!)
- Bonus points if you’re a CPA candidate or planning to pursue certification
