We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starting Financial Analyst who will be joining our corporate finance team in Londen. You will support the Head of Corporate Finance.

Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids: chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals. We also focus on opportunities in aquaculture & LNG.

What you will be doing
As our financial analyst you are responsible for identifying and collecting appropriate data and producing actionable research to guide financial decision making. By performing strategic analysis, you are supporting the development of investments, corporate finance, and treasury. The role will work cross-functionally across several departments.

Key responsibilities
• Support Corporate Finance and Treasury-related activities.
• Support documentation of financings (KYC, ESG data, insurance, invoicing, information, and covenants.
• Support financial debt covenants, maintenance of earnings releases, process support, maintenance and support of debt related internal activities.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, and reports.
• Support the maintenance of the company’s website.
• Provides market and financial insights.
• Presents to internal management to allow effective strategic and tactical decision-making.

Qualifications
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or similar. and the right to work in the UK.
• 0-3 years’ work experience
• Interest in Shipping, (Maritime) Logistics, Finance.
• Highly proficient at Office applications, specifically: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Previous experience undertaking business research and industry analysis and the identification of issues, opportunities, and solutions.
