      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and concept on multiple projects
      - Collaborate with senior creatives and Traffic Manager to keep projects on schedule
      - Schedule meetings, develop calendars, and update team on project status
      - Bring proactive ideas to senior creatives based on marketing objectives
      - Work with internal groups and partners to inform more relevant and powerful work for diverse audiences and objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience
      - Proficiency in full Adobe design suite and MS Office suite
      - Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels
      - Demonstrated commitment to fostering and maintaining an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Video editing skills
      - Ad agency experience
      - Design or Advertising Degree
