      Job Purpose:

      This position is responsible for supporting the automation framework and development within the Intelligent Process Automation Center of Excellence in order to deliver value, efficiency and operational excellence.

      Key responsibilities:

      • Support and manage the operating model and framework for Intelligent Process Automation; driving opportunity identification, evaluation, tracking and reporting.

      • Collaborate with the business teams to understand their processes and requirements, offering value-centric process improvement solutions.

      • Maintain and enhance internal IPA processes, help develop new solutions to drive operational efficiencies,

      • Facilitate, as needed, in all phases of projects from defining technical, operational and user requirements, to planning, execution and testing.

      • Champion the scripting governance program by facilitating knowledge sharing sessions for citizen developers, as well as support their efforts in maintaining and developing new solutions while adhering to the program,

      • Manage Process Mining and Task Mining analytics:

        • Gather business requirements

        • prepare analytics

        • onboard users

        • ensure analytics continuous improvement (both technical and business part)

      Requirements:

      • Student or completed degree studies;

      • Good command of English (min. B2);

      • Proficient in the operation and use of Google Workspace;

      • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data will be an asset;

      • Project management skills (planning, organizing, controlling) as applied to own work;

      • High level of proactiveness, independence and ownership of the tasks assigned;

      • Process orientation and attention to details;

      • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team;

      • A positive, cooperative work attitude;

      • Eagerness to learn.
