      Meaningful Work From Day One
      As Assistant Brand Manager, you will be an integral part of the Jack Daniel’s marketing team in Poland, supporting the development and execution of brand strategies with a special focus on the Jack Daniel's Super Premium portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the broader Jack Daniel’s team, particularly in the planning and execution of branded events. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management and contribute to the success of one of the most recognized names in the industry.

      What You Can Expect

      • Support the Marketing Manager and Brand Managers in the development and implementation of brand plans for the Jack Daniel's Family of Brands, with a focus on the Super Premium portfolio.

      • Assist in the execution of brand initiatives across various channels, including brand events, on-trade activations, digital/social media, point-of-sale materials and other touchpoints.

      • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of branded events, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful brand experiences.

      • Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing regular reports and insights to the team.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, trade marketing, and external agencies or vendors, to ensure brand consistency and achieve business objectives.

      • Oversee budgets and track expenses related to brand activities.

      • Support the development of marketing materials and assets (including digital assets).

      • Contribute to the development of new product launches and brand extensions.

      • Collaborate and communicate effectively with international teams to ensure alignment with global brand strategy and share best practices.

      • Support the Marketing Manager with ad-hoc projects and initiatives, providing valuable contributions to various team objectives.

      What You Bring to the Table

      • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or brand-related role.

      • Eager to learn in changing environments.

      • Adaptable, flexible, and self-reliant.

      • Proven track record of supporting the execution of successful marketing initiatives.

      • Organizational and project management skills.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

      • Strong computer skills with current, or the ability to quickly build, proficiency in Google Workspace.

      • Fluent in Polish and English.
