- Act as brand guardian for your area and ensure consistency in messaging, tone and content. Working with wider team to integrate messages across all touchpoints, relevant to the audience.
- Lead ES product launches from concept stage to delivery. You will set the creative vision, work with our category product managers to deliver impact and cut through.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to ensure our Merchant marketing support, sales force marketing support (from event vehicle design to pull ups and POS) and wider communications are delivering against goals for ES.
- Be involved with the development of PR activity and give direction to the PR manager ensuring alignment with ES goals.
- Lead ES content development, photography, video content and manage external agency copywriters.
- Collaborate with the Central European Bosch team on advertising campaign development.
- Constantly assess if our ES propositions and associated messaging are on point and up to date. This includes ensuring all comms meet current legislation and government policies.
- Work with our internal Insight team to analyse customer data in order to develop targeted campaigns and promotions for key ES segments.
- Responsible for ensuring all external communication meets brand guidelines and supports or enhances brand-positioning strategy.
- Responsible for all ES content including printed literature, photography, videos, vehicles, graphics etc. is produced to the highest quality, is up to date and promotes core trade facing brand/ product messages.

- Degree Level Marketing qualifications and/or marketing experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Hybrid working i.e. 2-3 days per week in the office and 2-3 days at home depending on work requirements etc
- 25 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays – additional service days accrued after 5 years

Job Description
This role is an integral part of the Worcester Bosch brand team, responsible for developing and delivering stand out marketing communications for a leading brand. The role will support the Brand Manager and Head of Brand and will be predominantly focused on the marketing of future heating technologies of heat pumps and hybrid systems (ES – Electrified Solutions), supporting both heating engineers and homeowners on the journey to a new, lower carbon way of heating homes.
This role is responsible for leading an ES proposition that inspires and supports Worcester Bosch customers at every touchpoint. Owning the B2B Installer (plumbers + Heating engineers), B2C (homeowner), Merchant (retailers) and Specifier customer groups across the UK and Ireland for ES products and responsible for developing an exciting communication plan for ES at a time of change in the industry. The role will be varied, reassuring homeowners and educating installers on the technology, including product launches, promotions, advertising and content strategy which ensures Worcester Bosch’s market leading position. High impact launch campaigns, fantastic digital experiences and world class content are all at the heart of this role.

Additional Information
Travel may be required (internally within the UK or internationally) but this will be adhoc on basis.
Typically, no more than 1 European travel per annum and UK travel will be on a project basis e.g. photoshoot, launch event, customer meeting, research session etc.
