Do you aspire to be part of a high performing Analytics and Transformation team within a global Chief Risk Officer (CRO) organisation at the forefront of the wealth management industry? In this diverse role you will perform challenging business analysis and lead various projects and change management initiatives. Working alongside Risk, Compliance, Analytics and Legal SMEs in highly skilled, fast-paced teams you will drive business value through collaboratively solving complex problems.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Lead and support process optimization, data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to success

• Manage the whole project life cycle, from planning and writing business requirements to testing solutions, implementation and measuring success

• Collaborate with internal IT and external providers to conduct in-depth analyses and identify best-in-class solutions by leveraging latest technology as well as the CRO Analytics & Transformation in-house built infrastructure

• Organise project meetings and prepare management slides for different boards

• Work in an agile project environment

• Execute ad-hoc business analysis and reports, support other project and team members across CRO Analytics & Transformation

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics, business administration, finance or any other related field)

• Strong Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal

• Solid strategic, conceptual and organisational skills with profound experience in project management and business analysis (2-4 years of experience in a similar role)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization

• As an agile worker, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly

• You are curious to learn new things and apply out-of-the-box thinking to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions

• You are team-oriented and enjoy collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome

• You are fluent in English (main business language), any further language is an advantage

• You are a proficient user of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
