      We are looking for a JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST TRAINEE

      to join our Digital Access Solutions Business Development team in Espoo or Joensuu. The role of Junior Business Analyst trainee is to gather and analyze information to support business decision-making and coordinate parts of our business development processes.

      The position is part-time with 0-37.5 hours per week and fixed-term until end of 2024. Fluency in Finnish and English is required. We are looking for candidates who are close to finishing their studies.

      As a Junior Business Analyst trainee your tasks include

      • Competitor analysis and market trend research and analysis, with strong focus on qualitative information and insights instead of data analysis
      • Preparing presentations and reporting the results to internal stakeholder groups
      • Coordinating parts of Abloy’s innovation process
      • Other project-based assignments related to business development and business analysis: e.g. analyzing markets, trends, and competitors
