      What we're looking for?

      The Business Analyst Owner is a key role on the GCO (Global Commercial Operations) Omnichannel Delivery team, who is responsible for translating business requirements that describe enabling functionalities in a customer journey engagement into actionable instructions for a team of multi-functional channel configuration specialists.

      We're looking for a person who is accountable for the creation and documentation, campaign configuration requirements, must be highly participative, proactive, and meticulous in seeking out information to uncover the specific requirements vital for the team of multi-functional channel configurator to build the appropriate omnichannel campaign for the business.

      Requirements.

      • 3-5 years of significant work experience .
      • Experience engaging with technical/operational resources to provide instructions on performing campaigns across a variety of marketing platforms
      • Experience with technology tools that enable Content Production, Email Delivery and Automation, Website Assembly, and/or Digital Media optimization.
      • Conceptual grasp of relational databases
      • Detailing user stories for technical requirements.
      • Knowledge or experience with Agile ways of working.
      • Jira Management (Preferred).
