      I'm looking for a Buyer Specialist- fixed contract, who will be responsible for the respect of the project schedule, the management of the procurement as well as for all the activities related to supply chain management.

      WHAT YOUL''BE DOING:

      Implement the QMS in the area of responsibility

      Shared responsibility for respecting the project budget, product cost and tooling cost

      Define the Supply Chain for new components, sub-assemblies or complete products

      Responsible for the cost of new components, sub-assemblies or complete products purchased, as well as the cost of the necessary tooling

      Responsible for respecting the project schedule (delivery of components) during the various project phases

      Responsible for the preparation of Project Purchasing documentation

      Responsible for the selection of suppliers in a global multi-functional environment (Purchasing, Quality, Procurement, R&D), in line with the Global Strategy

      Ensuring the qualification of new suppliers via the Hill-Rom certification process

      Responsible for the involvement in supplier projects at a very early stage (ESI) to bring the technical expertise of suppliers during the development of Videomed products

      Establish and implement energy performance assessment criteria in the negotiation of contracts for the purchase of energy-using products, equipment and services.

      Inform suppliers that energy performance is one of the evaluation criteria for purchases of energy-using products, equipment and services that have or may have an impact on significant energy uses

      Analytical capabilities

      Able to understand and interpret project budgets and to support analysis on financial models

      In-depth knowledge of the new product development cycle

      Knowledge of the various markets related to our business

      Negotiation experience and knowledge of key business conditions affecting the Hill-Rom cost model

      Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously

      Responsible for part in the Supplier Quality Lifecycle Management
