      About the role:

      The ideal candidate is creative, personable, loves social media and creators, is highly organized, and deadline-driven, they should be culturally savvy to help take our work to the next level. Reporting to our Associate Director at Whalar, the Client Services Executive is a community-facing role and will serve as the main liaison between creators and the business, leading on talent scouting and casting, briefing, content gatekeeping and reporting across collaborations within the vertical. This person will facilitate the seamless delivery and implementation of brand strategies to the highest standard.

      Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

      • Sourcing creators and creating talent lists for pitches and campaigns
      • Moodboards, briefs and visual references for pitches and campaigns
      • Initial creator outreach and comms
      • Negotiations and contracting
      • Shipping, product fullfilment and logistics for live campaigns
      • Vetting, uploading and labelling campaign content
      • Setting creators up for whitelisting
      • Selecting assets for Brand Uplift Studies and elevated reporting
      • Collating campaign results
      • Pulling together end of campaign reports
      • Managing creator payments and invoicing
      • General office administration

      • Have 1+ years’ experience
      • Have strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
      • Be proactive, productive and positive
      • Be highly organized and responsive
      • Have a love for social media and content creators
      • Culturally in tune, finger on the pulse - new platforms, trends, industry news
      • Have a creative & curious mindset, pioneering spirit and a can-do attitude
