Job Description
- Req#: 525021
- Managing tasks to ensure schedules and milestones are maintained
- Identifying change adoption risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of the change
- Assessing and measuring change management dependencies, including stakeholder engagement, current/future state impacts, change readiness and change sustainability.
- Advising and coaching the project team and other internal stakeholders in understanding the impact of changes expected to be delivered and proposing appropriate mitigation plans.
- You'll have experience in executing, and promoting change, either as a change manager or in a related role.
- You will have demonstrated high-level skills in stakeholder management and developing trusted and enduring relationships with stakeholders.
- Ideally you would have knowledge and understanding of program and project management frameworks.
- You are able to produce creative communications, such as management briefings, presentations, websites, newsletters/articles etc. (working knowledge of Canva would be an advantage)

As a junior Change Manager at FCTG you will play a key role in the successful implementation and adoption of new or upgraded technology, process, and organisational change initiatives, working in partnership with leaders, subject matter experts, and initiative owners across the NZ and AU business. You will be tasked with ensuring that these changes are realised, sustainable and deliver on investment.
