What will you do?
Responsible for general client service and support on Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
What will make you successful in this role?
On receipt of a cancellation instruction, immediately follow up to retain the client
On receipt of unpaid debit order notifications, contact client for alternative arrangements
Assist and advise clients on enquiries and complaints
Processing, monitoring and finalization of claims
Diarize all claims where 3rd parties are involved, for recovery or approaches
Other adhoc duties
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Grade 12
1 Year short term insurance experienceKnowledge and Skills
MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Proficiency in English
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve disputes, complaints and conflicts
Good communication skills
Be well versed in the relevant policy wordings
Working knowledge of relevant insurer system
Advanced knowledge of CRMPersonal Attributes
