Job summary
We are seeking to recruit junior doctors to posts in acute paediatrics with neonatology at West Middlesex Hospital.
In all work, the post-holder will be working alongside London Deanery trainees from general practice and paediatrics on a combined rota, with the same access to educational opportunities, including the daily teaching sessions and the simulation sessions.
Main duties of the job
The posts cover all paediatric inpatient and new-born areas of clinical care, working with the existing paediatric team. They are ideally suited to trainees who want to gain clinical skills in a general hospital setting of undifferentiated presentations. The combined rota gives clinical experience in management of general paediatric patients and neonatology, including stabilisation of critically ill children and new-borns prior to transfer to other tertiary units for on-going care.

About the company
National Health Service (NHS) is the umbrella term for the publicly-funded healthcare systems of the United Kingdom (UK). The founding principles were that services should be comprehensive, universal and free at the point of delivery—a health service based on clinical need, not ability to pay. Each service provides a comprehensive range of health services, free at the point of use for people ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom apart from dental treatment and optical care.
