- Controlling Marketing Investment budgets for Polish commercial entity (full-year budget planning, review of the actual results),
- Business partnering and commercial support for Trade and Marketing Departments
- Supporting Cycle Plan and Brand activities from Finance perspective,
- Management reporting – Profit and Loss reporting, cause of change, variance analysis, commentaries, performance indicators,
- Cost forecasting and controlling – preparing and reviewing forecast in the regular reporting cycles,
- Seeking improvements within finance processes and optimizing reporting tools,
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and business cases
- Proven working experience in Finance (preferably in FMCG organization) including resource allocation, marketing investment, controlling, revenue management, management accounting and business partnering - min. 2 years,
- Proficiency in English and Polish language,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
- Proficiency in MS Excel,
- Eager to learn and develop within different areas of finance/business,
- Self-starter, proactive team player, able to deliver results in a dynamic environment under time pressure, manage stakeholders effectively,
- University degree in Finance
- ACCA/CIMA or in progress
- Transactional and reporting systems knowledge (SAP, BPC)

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
As a Junior Financial Controller, you will be an integral member of the Commercial Finance Department, contributing to the delivery of growth agenda for Polish commercial entity by controlling Marketing Investment budgets and driving resource allocation process.
In the role, you will be responsible for Business Partnering for Trade and Marketing Departments, budget forecasting and controlling. It will give you an opportunity to engage with various internal stakeholders and develop your financial knowledge, communication skills, and understanding of the business.
Reports to: Commercial Finance Manager
Reporting Level: Individual contributor
Geographic Scope: Local
