      The Junior Strategist/Junior Planner has a strong understanding of multi-platform and take an active role in all aspects of projects—identifying brand’s issues, running the competitive benchmark, forming the recommendation, building the architecture of programs, defining the drivers of performance and the KPI’s framework.

      Job Description :

      The Junior Strategist/Junior Planner support designing of strategies that combine the reach of diverse media, deep audience segmentation, a strong and ongoing integration of content and targeting, robust testing approach based on conversion tracking and learning and optimization techniques to generate business results. - Enthusiastically work across multiple brands and new business. - Builds a comprehensive understanding and successful application of secondary research tools. - Helps build, produces and manages all planning projects, materials and workshops. - Conducts research to help identify insights and understand category, brands, and target; proactively shares key learnings with department and agency. - Works with planners to set-up research projects and help manage intelligence - both through import and export of idea currency. - Analyzes qualitative and quantative data into arguments or stories. - Partners seamlessly with the creative teams, from initial brief to final presentation. Quant, Qual, Ethno, Man on the street. - Monitor trends in digital, social media and technology and package them for the agency. - Collaborate effectively with colleagues from a range of disciplines including Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Production, PM and Account Management.
