      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the lifecycle of mitigation projects, collaborating with various stakeholders including counties and cities
      - Draft and review project agreements, updating modifications until final execution
      - Conduct technical reviews to assess the eligibility and feasibility of HMA grant applications
      - Perform site inspections across the Florida Panhandle to ensure compliance with regulations
      - Monitor active projects, ensuring compliance and processing payments while communicating with involved parties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in engineering, construction fieldwork, or architectural practices; relevant internships will also be considered
      - Experience conducting site inspections in engineering, construction, or architectural settings
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report development and technical guidance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with FEMA-approved benefit-cost analysis methodologies for HMA grant applications
      - Willingness to travel frequently throughout Florida's Panhandle (up to 50%)
