We are currently looking for talented students seeking a career in management consulting to join our fast-growing Digital Transformation team as soon as possible. We are hiring for multiple positions and are looking for people with diverse skills and interests to fill various areas of expertise in the field of digital transformation.

Job content

The job content will be specified according to the right candidate, but you must be passionate about one or more of the areas below in which we seek new student consultants – therefore, please state clearly in your job application which area(s) you personally find the most interesting and suitable for your skill set and experience.

• Data & Analytics: In this team, we do data-driven advisory, e.g. on data strategy, and build data platforms and data science (ML/AI) solutions. We are looking for a student at ITU, DTU or similar in the field of data engineering with an interest in data science and data platforms. We are also looking for a student studying at CBS or similar with strong business analytical skills and a great interest in data.
• Sourcing & Selection of IT systems: In this team, we assist organisations in full IT life-cycle management, e.g. IT cost assessments, systems selection as well as insourcing and outsourcing of services. Here, we are looking for a student with an interest in law and/or sourcing in the aspect of digital transformation.
• Agile Transformation: Our Agile Transformation team enables organisations to deliver high-quality IT solutions faster to the market by leveraging agile ways of working. Here, we are looking for people with strong IT knowledge and a keen interest in modern (agile) delivery and in the design of Lean-Agile delivery organisations.
• IT Change Management: In IT Change Management, we drive organisational change management with project-based change communication and leadership of transformational visions. We are seeking a student with knowledge of and experience in IT and digital who has a key interest in change management.
• ERP Advisory: In this area of expertise, we strive to help our clients succeed with their ERP projects and achieve high performance throughout the entire ERP project life cycle. For our ERP Advisory team, we are looking for students who are interested in complex IT implementations, PMO, process implementation and possibly even specialising in ERP technologies.
• Digital Architecture & Transformation: Here, we solve problems in the fields of digital ecosystems, enterprise and IT architecture as well as IT modernisation to drive business transformation . We are looking for students who are studying for a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and have an interest and/or experience in the field of digital architecture and transformation.
• Cyber & Information Security: Our Cyber & Information Security team helps deliver tangible business benefits from initiatives in cyber and information security by focusing on involvement and impact. We are looking for several students with a relevant interest in the cybersecurity field of digital and information systems to join us.
• Projects & Implementation: In this team, we assist organisations in delivering successful implementations and realisation of planned benefits. We are looking for students who are studying and have an interest in the fields of project and programme management, post-merger integrations, carve-outs and PMO acceleration.

Workload as a junior consultant

The workload will be about 2-3 days a week. However, we understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are busy with assignments and exams.

What you will be working with

Working as a junior consultant at Implement, you will handle a variety of tasks, depending on the projects we are running, both internally and externally. However, we expect that you will do most of your work for external clients in collaboration with colleagues from Implement. On such projects, your areas of responsibility may vary from analysis, preparation and execution of workshops to managing certain parts of a project.

As part of a project, you will carry out work and analyses that form an important basis for decisions. Thus, it is crucial that you are able to conduct data-based analyses, put them into a strategic and process-related perspective and present them in a way that is easily understandable.

What are we looking for?

First and foremost, we are looking for talent with a genuine interest in areas related to digital transformation.

Secondly, we imagine that you:

• Are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, digital, law, mathematical modelling or similar with excellent results.
• Have a maximum of 3 years and a minimum of 1.5 years left before graduating.
• Have strong methodical skills with experience in Excel and PowerPoint in particular.
• Have a strong understanding of and interest in IT.
• Want to become part of the management consulting industry.
• Are an empathetic team player as well as able to work on your own.
• Have relevant experience from a student job or big school projects.
