      Junior Data Analyst
      American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is looking to add a Junior Data Analyst to our corporate team. The position supports all master data and reporting strategies within the organization. This position is based in our home office found in the picturesque shoreline town of Guilford, CT.
      Responsibilities:
      • Managing user authentication across operational and reporting platforms.
      • Ensuring successful execution of ETL jobs and report accuracy.
      • Provide quality assurance of imported data.
      • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
      • Report development and analysis across multiple platforms.
      • Managing the reporting environment, including data sources and user permissions.
      • Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software.
      • Active participation in UAT strategies for supported application change management.
      • Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
      • Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
      • Ability to work in and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      Required Skills/Abilities:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
      • 1-2 years of work experience as a data analyst or in related field is preferred.
      • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
      • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
      • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • MS SQL.
      • Tableau reporting.
