Job Description
- Req#: REQ304684
- Define cross-business data structures related to key data classes identified for the transitioning client.
- Perform property data clean-up and enrichment.
- Support data requirements gathering process and develop the data requirement documents.
- Perform Data Quality Assessment on client/incumbent data based on JLL data quality standards in transition mode.
- Consolidate attributes and standardize attributes against JLL mapping.
- Review existing data standards, classify these standards, define, and record relevant attributes, and document the data standards and communicate with the account team and the client.
- 2 or more years of data management related experience such as Data Analysis, Data Governance, Data Quality any process and procedure design to ensure they tie into regulatory ask.
- 1 or more years of business analyst related activities including gathering and developing comprehensive business requirements and developing implementation strategies.
- Experience in querying data through SQL.
- Experience in related industry; commercial real estate management in plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, MIS, Law, Computer Science, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated information management, analytics, and data profiling skills. Relevant experience in risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and remediation will be helpful.
- Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence in the overall information and analytics space.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage, manipulate and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations using technology. Articulate the issues and resolutions via business-friendly communications. Serve as primary day-to-day contact for regional data management issues.
- Ability to work well under deadlines, ability to work in a multi-tasking production environment to make good judgments about competing priorities.

As a Data Quality Analyst– Work Dynamics Technology, you will be directly responsible for performing the analysis and documenting data requirements for the new clients and accounts, using Transition Data Enablement framework. This role combines project management, stakeholder management, data governance and data management capabilities and requires the ability to quickly understand and explore various data models, evaluate, and document business processes, and communicate findings and recommendations with account / transition leadership / client. This role is based in the EMEA Region. This position will report to EMEA&APAC Data Transition Lead – Work Dynamics Technology in JLLT.
