      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, review, and present statistical reports related to work scheduling, crew utilization, and KPIs
      - Participate in process improvement efforts and standards development
      - Develop and provide consistent tracking reports for capital projects
      - Investigate data irregularities and provide feedback to the work scheduling team
      - Collaborate with the TFS work scheduling team to support the development of scheduling practices and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Technical degree and/or Associate Business degree with 2 years of experience in the utility industry, or a high school diploma with 4 years of related utility industry work experience
      - Proficient with Excel, MS Office Tools, and SharePoint
      - Experience with IPS, IBM Cognos, Primavera, and PowerBI preferred
      - Ability to organize and summarize data effectively
      - Strong skills in developing detailed KPIs, metrics, and progress reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the utility industry with a focus on data analysis and reporting tools
      - Familiarity with project tracking and scheduling software
