      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, review, and present statistical reports related to work scheduling and adherence, crew utilization, and KPIs
      - Participate in special assignments such as process improvement efforts and scheduling tool implementation
      - Investigate data irregularities and provide feedback to the work team
      - Run IBM Cognos reports to update resource models with relevant data
      - Collaborate with the TFS work scheduling team to provide technical support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Technical degree and/or Associate Business degree with 2 years of experience in the utility industry preferred
      - High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related utility industry work experience
      - Proficient with Excel, MS Office tools, and SharePoint
      - Able to organize and summarize data effectively
      - Skillful in developing detailed KPIs, metrics, and progress reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with IPS, IBM Cognos, Primavera, and PowerBI
      - Strong self-motivation and communication skills
      - Team-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
