- Enrolled in an NCARB, CIDA, OR NAAB* accredited Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or other design-related program
- Currently enrolled in the third year of a bachelor's program or higher

- Fundamental knowledge of space planning, design methods, construction documentation, detailing, materials and aesthetics
- Fundamental Revit/3D Design & CAD skills
- Intermediate Adobe Suite skills
- Intermediate Hand-Sketching & Rendering skills
- Enscape experience encouraged
- Familiarity with Autodesk Bim360 and Bluebeam Studio construction management software encouraged
- Self-starter
- Driven
- Highly collaborative
- Eager to learn
- Work under the direct supervision of peers and senior-level staff, the intern will function as an entry-level Junior Designer
- Modifying drawings to incorporate design and technical changes
- Creating or modifying presentation documents
- Selecting finishes and producing finish palettes
- Assisting with scheduling vendor presentations and library filing and organization
- Assisting with site verifications, field surveys or punch walks
