Job Description

- N-tier application development in C#
- Front-end design and implementation primarily in WinForms
- Development and tuning of queries in SQL and time series databases
- Data processing, manipulation, and analysis in a scripting language
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field of study
- 2+ years development experience
- Experience building and supporting large-scale, multi-tier applications
- Must be a U.S citizen or authorized to work in the U.S on a permanent basis
- Microsoft .NET Framework
- Python
- C# proficiency
- UI development
- Agile development
- Continuous integration
- Strong aptitude for software development
- Must be highly organized and have strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and work effectively as a team player
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, innovation and continuous improvement
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Senior Developer
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Parallax is looking to add a developer to our team. This position will use industry leading best practices to develop systems, tools and analysis capabilities to drive future profits.
Specific Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Work with software engineers and downstream consumers to enhance existing infrastructure and develop new functionality to support all aspects of the enterprise including:
