  The Position

  Junior DevOps Engineer

  Do you want to start or restart your professional career in IT with the support of a dedicated mentor? Code4Life Academy is a one-year development program allowing you to gain first experience in IT.

  In Roche Informatics we focus on delivering technology that evolves the practice of medicine and helps patients live longer, better lives. Poland plays the role of Technology Co-creation and Acceleration Hub building capabilities driving digital innovation.

  Gain practical knowledge of „know-how” and valuable experience in an international organization and work in a friendly atmosphere conducive to the exchange of experiences, in a team of great specialists and support of your mentor.

  Who you are:

  • Motivated individual to join a program for a 1 year and willing to stay with us afterward

  • Aspiring IT Professional looking for their first experience in IT

  • Must have: Software development & testing knowledge, understanding of programming/scripting in a language such as Java, Bash, Python, or Ruby, knowledge of Git and experience on any cloud platform

  • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of AWS, experience in developing/engineering applications

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • Quick learner focused on personal development and improving technical knowledge

  Your key responsibilities:

  • Continuously learn and expand your knowledge in software development, scripting, and automation

  • Gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, and enhance your skills in deploying and managing infrastructure

  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to further develop your understanding of DevOps principles and best practices

  What we offer:

  • Contract of employment for 1 year with the possibility to extend

  • Salary: 8000 PLN gross (for full time)

  • Hybrid work from Poznan or Warsaw with flexible working arrangements

  Recruitment stages:
