- A dynamic professional with 03-04 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance Knowledge about NC/CNC machines like – Laser cutting, Shearing machine, Machine tools,
- Milling machine, Vacuum furnaces, Hydraulic press machines, Welding Machine, bending machine, ultrasonic, X ray, cleaning equipment, Hand tools etc.
- Knowledge on PLC, Siemens controller will be an added advantage. Knowledge about basic electrical problems & Troubleshooting. Problems solving related to Hydraulic system, Pneumatic system, mechanical drives and lubrication system.
- Able to execute daily assigned task in order to achieve zero downtime by ensuring timely preventive maintenance.
- Managing overall maintenance operations with a view to ensure accomplishment of maintenance targets within the time and cost parameters i.e. - MTTR and MTBF monitoring.
- Manpower & Shift handling, Work allocation & spares management i.e. VED. Plan & carry-out Preventive & Predictive Maintenance. Why-Why analysis of Major and repetitive breakdowns for root cause assessment. Drawing preparation for critical worn-out parts. Planning accordingly with max. Utilization of available resources like man, machine and material.
