You will contribute to the optimization of our operations and to the improvement of efficacy through challenging and meaningful projects.

      The successful candidate will be a motivated and agile learner, able to apply critical thinking and scrutinize details while applying theoretical knowledge obtained through advanced education, and/or early work experience.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng). Civil or Mechanical Enginnering degree highly preferred
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment
      • Ability to make risk-based technical decisions
      • Analytical problem solving and data analysis mindset
      • Project management training or certification would be considered an asset
      • Training or experience in lean/six sigma or other improvement methodologies would be considered an asset

      Responsibilities

      • Develop and implement process improvements, monitor process capability, and conduct performance assessments using process optimization tools and methodologies
      • Observe and participate in technical information sharing on cross-functional problem solving
      • Identifying and resolving operational issues
      • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
      • Participate in training and development activities to enhance technical and professional skills
