What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, analyze, develop, code, debug, test, and document programming to meet complex business requirements
- Collaborate as part of a Scrum team to deliver technology solutions in an Agile environment
- Adhere to architecture standards, risk management, and security policies
- Deliver solutions using .NET, Java, Spring Boot, and RDBMS-based technologies
- Assist in third-level support of applications post-production deployment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a .NET or Java environment and UI technologies
- Proven experience in the design and development of software systems or applications in production
- Strong knowledge of Object-oriented design/programming, REST, and relational databases
- Excellent analysis, design, writing, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with test-driven development and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of SOA principles and practices
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
- Strong skills in C# or Java, REST, SQL, React/Redux
