What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-level technical support to GIS users via telephone and a ticketing system
- Troubleshoot common GIS software, data access, and basic hardware issues
- Assist senior GIS staff with various projects and tasks as needed
- Create maps, reports, and other cartographic products
- Digitize, edit, and maintain geospatial data layers using GIS software, specifically ArcGIS Pro

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography/GIS, computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with ArcGIS Pro for managing geospatial data and generating cartographic products
- Experience working with a team of Project Managers, GIS Analysts, and GIS Specialists
- Familiarity with ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS, including web maps and apps

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some experience with data entry and database management
- Familiarity with utilities, specifically water, wastewater, and solid waste
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD and as-built data
