What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze evidence and prepare written summaries/recommendations
- Prepare evidence packages for referral to Fraud Investigators
- Conduct patient and provider interviews
- Support on-site inspections and activity checks
- Oversee various projects related to investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- 0-2 years of professional work experience, preferably in health insurance investigations/audit
- Outstanding technical and analytical skills, proficient in Access, Excel, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in additional languages
- Experience in fraud detection or investigation
- Certification in relevant areas such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
